Find Out How Furious 7 Director James Wan Create The Perfect Tribute To Paul Walker

The ending to Furious 7 was probably one of the most difficult tasks ever undertaken by a Hollywood director.

James Wan was directing his first in the franchise when Paul Walker tragically died.

Following Walker’s death, a tough decision had to be made about what the fate of his character Brian O’Conner would be. Wan absolutely refused to kill off the character as it was no way to honour him.

If they had gone down the other path, I think I would have refused to finish making the movie. We took a lot of care in crafting that last end sequence.

First, they made sure that Brian’s family with Mia was growing and that he wouldn’t be able to continue his life of insane stunts in crazy cars.

Then they had to make sure all the other characters were able to say goodbye to Brian despite Walker being dead and obviously unable to film. They managed this by getting Walker’s brothers Cody and Caleb to act the final scenes and digitally animated Walker’s face on top of theirs.

Finally, they had to come up with a set of images that would honour Brian and Walker’s place in the Fast and Furious franchise. Wan came up with two ideas.

The first was a montage of scenes of Walker from all the Fast and Furious movies. The second was ‘one last ride’ with Brian and Dom (Vin Diesel) driving their cars into the horizon and the cars splitting at a fork in the road.

We talked about them parting in their separate ways conceptually and I loved that idea. I knew I wanted the camera to stay with Paul as his car drives off with the shot just panning up into the sunset and fading white. It had to fade to white.

Wan said spending so much time with Walker on set before his tragic death meant editing the final scenes in the movie without him there made it all the more difficult.

That was hard. Even now, just talking about it is tough. Every time I watch the end of the movie it is still a tough, tough one to get through.

Dubai Is Building The World's First 24/7 Party Island

If there's one thing that people love doing, it's partying. And now the party game has changed forever.

Investors in Dubai are planning on building a man-made 24/7 party island set to rival Ibiza.

Dream Island will be able to host around 20,000 partygoers with two 'mega clubs', four beach clubs, five hotels and 100 restaurants.

The island will be in Ras Al Khaimah, which is only a 40-minute drive from Dubai, once construction is completed. 

But unlike Dubai where a personal licence is needed to drink alcohol, booze will flow freely on the island.

He’s back!

Arnold Schwarzenegger strikes back with his quest to stop “Judgement Day”. Arnold will be back this July 2015 with Terminator Genisys, part of The Terminator franchise. Rumor has it that there will be plenty of time travel in this sequel which might be confusing. The plots of Genisys’ sequels have already been set, but the details have not been provided to the public. Luckily, the trailer of Terminator: Genisys has been released. A New SAS Training Based Reality TV Show Could Happen

Reality TV shows are generally sh*t. It's usually celebrities you've barely heard of eating ostrich balls or sitting around in a house doing nothing. Boring.

Thankfully, there are producers out there who are going to take reality TV, stick it in the gym and turn it up about fifty notches.

The idea is to get 40 ordinary lads and put them through their paces to see if they can cut it in SAS selection training. For those that don't know, the SAS is Britain's elite fighting force.

There'll be ex-Special Forces soldiers taking the rookies through their paces, described as 'the most psychologically demanding and physically challenging endurance mission of their lives.'

All you need to know is, less than 10% of recruits ever complete the full course.

First comes the 'Pain' part of the training where soldiers will have to survive sleep deprivation and battles against the elements.

Then comes 'Endurance' where soldiers will have to march across rugged terrain with a 40lb rucksack, while every day the distance they have to march is increased and more bricks crammed into their packs. This is so tough, three SAS recruits have died in recent years doing this part of the training.

After that, there is 'Fitness' where soldiers have to finish a four-mile run in 30 minutes and then a two-mile swim in 90 minutes. Failure results in elimination.

If you've got this far, which only 50% of recruits manage at this point, you have to complete 'Survival.' Basically you're dropped in the middle of nowhere with a tin can of survival essentials and told to make it for X amount of time.

If physicality isn't your game, you might excel in the 'Psychological Pressure' tests including a 'Resistance to Interrogation' test.

You could be fitter than anybody there but if you can't endure the 36-hour interrogation marathon the SAS have prepared for you, you may as well give up now. It reportedly includes sleep, food and water deprivation, hooding, time disorientation and prolonged periods of nakedness.

If this show gets commissioned, everyone would start to think very differently about reality TV.

Ronda Rousey's Next Fight Has Been Confirmed

Ronda Rousey's next fight won't be against a man, it won't be against Muhammed Ali's daughter, it won't even be against a cheerleader but it should still be a big event.

Her next challenger is going to be Brazillian Bethe Correia, with the bout set for 1st August in Rio de Janeiro.

Apparently, Correia has been working her way towards taking on Rousey by targeting two of her training partners, Shayna Baszler and Jessamyn Duke, to get her attention.

It's now gotten very personal as Rousey stated; "This chick is gonna learn why I’m the last woman on Earth you should f*ck with on August 1st.”

I would definitely say this is personal. My dad had a great saying when someone needed to be shown what’s up – he would say that this person needs to have a come to Jesus meeting. Bethe is going to have her own come to Jesus meeting in Brazil. I’m going to come right down here, I’m happy to come down here and entertain you guys while I discipline this girl.

Lad Inspired By Taylor Swift Buying Her Own Porn Site Is Auctioning Celebrity Domain Names

A few days ago we told you Taylor Swift had bought the domain name taylorswift.porn. Not because she was going into the porn industry but because .porn domain names were becoming available and she didn't want anyone making money off her name.

Fair enough.

Well, one entrepreneurial lad decided to buy a few .porn domain names and is planning to make a lot of cash out of them too.

I woke up and logged on to my laptop as I always do. I checked Facebook and saw the Taylor Swift story. I was intrigued so found a registrar that had them available.Mike, DotPorn Domains

He spent the next hour typing in random names he could think of and many of the high profile names had already been snapped up. Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Watson's people, or some other business genius, had already bought those.porn domain names.

Afterwards, I went on the FHM Hottest Women of 2014 and just went through the list. I also researched a few lists of the most popular porn stars but all the really famous ones had already secured their domains.

In the end, Mike managed to secure a whole host of high profile names including Kaley Cuoco, Megan Fox, Nicole Scherzinger, Michelle Keegan, Zooey Deschanel, Emma Stone, Pixie Lott, Kelly Brook and Ellie Goulding. His full list can be found on his Facebook page.

He also managed to secure himself a whole host of porn stars as .porn domain names too which can also be found on his Facebook page.

The .porn domain names don't become available for sale until 1st June so what Mike has actually done is pre-order them meaning he gets first dibs when they do become available.

How much they'll cost is still unclear but this is where Mike's keen business sense has come in.

People have been selling domains for up to $2500 in the past and in extreme cases even millions of dollars. Business.com sold for $340 million, so I know it is possible to make a healthy income which will come in handy because I am currently at uni.

Before it gets to that point though, Mike is keen to find out what sort of interest there is, even from the celebrities themselves and will be running an auction on hisFacebook page.

I'm thinking of running an auction on the 1st June to see how much people are willing to pay for them or maybe even contact the celebrities themselves. Either way, it is going to be an interesting adventure.

An interesting adventure and a profitable one. We just wish we'd thought of it first...

A Group Claiming To Be The New Anonymous Is Attacking Government Websites

A hacker group have claimed they are the 'new Anonymous' and are attacking government run websites with the intention of taking them offline completely.

Currently though, it seem they are only targeting local governments, with the first being in Maine.

Last week, the central internet portal that controls the Maine government's websites was victim of a DDoS attack and the next day, Maine.gov was taken offline, although only for two hours.

The group are following very similar tactics to Anonymous and even released a document listing all of their targets - a number of US states' .gov websites. A twitter account for Vikingdom2015 took responsibility for the attack and attempted to start a trend with the hashtag #OpAmericaGov. It didn't take long for the account to then be suspended by the social media website. 

However, they still have a Soundcloud page online, which includes a 'message' outlining their plans.

Hello. We are Vikingdom2015, a hacking crew, and we uploaded this track so we can warn American citizens. We will knock all American governments’ websites offline. We do not care if we get caught. We all like doing this. So you better be prepared for the battle. 

Vikingdom2015 also claim a much bigger scalp in their hacking CV after they claimed they were the ones responsible for taking down streaming site Twitch on 18th March. The site sent a message to users saying their servers were compromised and they should change their passwords as a precaution.

We'll have to see if they manage to achieve anything else to see if they really mean business and could indeed be the new Anonymous.

Student Gets Knocked Out By Stranger After Hitting A Woman While Trying To Break Into Her Car

Never put your hands on a woman. That's a simple rule of life. A rule one student had to learn the hard way by getting beat up by a stranger for attacking a woman whose car he was trying to break in to.

Hayes McGinley is a midfielder for the Syracuse lacrosse team and was arrested last week with two counts of second-degree harassment. The police report states:

"McGinley tried to get into the woman’s vehicle, but the 29-year-old man tried to stop him and get him away from the woman’s vehicle. McGinley then punched the man in the face. The woman then got into an argument with McGinley. McGinley pushed the woman; the woman punched McGinley in the face and McGinley then punched her in the face. The woman was not charged."

How did McGinley end up looking like he did? Well it turns out McGinley was blind drunk when he started trying to get into Kendall Rae Talbot's car. He kept saying it was his ride home and his friends were inside waiting for him. She told him to get off and that's when McGinley got aggressive.

Thankfully, kind (ish) stranger Jim Whitcomb was on hand from across the road and decided to jump in.

As soon as he punched her in the mouth I came out from around everybody and punched him in his face and knocked him out. And then as soon as he went down on the ground I went over and I was going to football his face. I don't believe in woman beaters.Jim Whitcomb, to the Daily Orange

Police arrived a moment later and Whitcomb said if they want to arrest him, they could, he didn't give a sh*t.

No charges were brought against Whitcomb and McGinley is facing prison on top of his suspension from the Syracuse lacrosse team.

Army Recruit Drops Grenade In Training And Has Life Saved By Instructor

Training to become a soldier is one of the hardest things any lad or lady can do. You're put through your paces physically and mentally in a way you probably couldn't find in any other profession.

Thankfully, the armed forces have superb training and support staff to keep all the recruits in-line, motivated and most of all, safe.

One instructor in China proved just that when he saved a recruit from a live grenade.

As the new recruit was throwing a grenade, it slipped out of his hands and onto the ground. If it wasn't for the instructor's quick thinking, both men may have lost their lives.

Thankfully, this incident didn't turn tragic.

Born in 1993, this American actress and model is famous primarily for her work on Gossip Girl. Whether this bad girl image is as a result of drugs or an attempt to be seen as a grown up, she is notorious for being a girl gone bad.

From the star of Home Alone to being buddies with the late “King of Pop” Michael Jackson, Culkin’s life has been anything but normal. And so I guess that dealing with his rise to fame with the escapism of drugs isn’t hard to understand.

Sweetin is best known for her role on Full House as Stephanie Tanner. Once the show ended in 1995, she apparently turned to drugs she didn’t know what to do with herself and was quite simply bored. Thankfully she seems to have gotten her life back on track.
